Skilltap.ai is operated by FullBricks LLC ("FullBricks," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase
  • Service not meeting advertised specifications
  • Technical issues preventing service use
  • Account cancellation during trial period

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Provide your account details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or partially used services
  • Custom development work
  • Add-on features
  • Administrative fees

Pro-rated Refunds

For subscription cancellations after the refund period:

  • Service continues until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time
  • No carry-over of unused credits

Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
